MITBREW provides digital services including web development, app development, search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ads management, AI chatbot development, and AI tool development.

The scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties. These Terms apply alongside any such agreement.

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, and code - is the property of MITBREW or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. MITBREW retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms are defined in the individual project agreement or invoice. Where not otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

MITBREW reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with overdue payments. Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate specified in the project agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MITBREW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that specific business outcomes (such as search ranking positions or advertising returns) will be achieved, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services for any user who violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
